Psychological therapy
Many young people struggle with their mood due to a variety of reasons. Some of these are often related to school and pressure and friendships. A variety of psychological models can help support a young person to cope with these difficulties, and begin to thrive.

As a parent it can be difficult knowing how to best support your child when they are going through a difficult time in their life. We can support you to feel confident in your ability to do this.
